Jos & Katie’s autumn wedding at Primrose Hill Farm had everything you want from an Oxfordshire countryside venue — incredible views and some really lovely light once the sun started dropping.
Primrose Hill Farm is a working farm with amazing countryside views in every direction. Their ceremony took place in a beautiful room filled with natural light, then the reception moved straight into the adjoining barn, so the day flowed nicely without lots of travelling around.
They read their own vows during the ceremony, and it was properly emotional — one of those moments where the room goes very quiet and everyone is completely with them.
This venue is also a dream if you want a big celebration with genuinely top-class catering, and there’s a field and lake on site that’s perfect at sunset for a quick wander and a few relaxed portraits before heading back to the party.
